摘　　要：运用西门子S7-200PLC、液位变送器和AB软启动器设计了漩流池水位自动控制系统,通过水位高度自动控制水泵以软起动方式启停,液晶显示仪记录水位和水压变化的实时曲线,S7-200PLC实现泵选择、故障报警等控制功能,控制系统应用后解决了人工操作的不安全因素,满足了增加轧钢用水的循环控制能力。The swirling flow pool water level automatic control system is designed using Siemens PLC S7-200, the liquid level transmitter and the AB soft starter. The water pump is controlled automatically by water level with soft start mode, the LCD instrument record the Real-time curve of water level and water pressure change, the PLC S7-200 carries out the pump select, malfunction reporting and so on. The control system solved the manual operation's insecure factor, satisfied the increased circulatory control capability of the water that used in steel rolling.
