摘　　要：运用群体决策理论,分别从信息沟通和处理、过程失误发生和避免、冲突管理三个角度对领导风格和行为变量对群体决策过程和结果的影响进行了研究,提出了领导风格和行为对于群体决策研究的重要地位和作用。领导不仅是影响决策过程和结果的主要因素,而且也是群体决策组织方式的重要组成部分。在此基础上,就如何在群体决策研究中设计和控制领导变量提出了建议,认为在未来的研究中必须要考虑领导因素的影响;需要突出情境因素在群体决策研究中的地位,考察不同的领导风格(行为)与决策程序和(决策规则)的交互设计的影响;逐步强化领导对于冲突管理的作用研究。By applying the group decision making theory, the paper analyzes effects of leadership style and behavior variables on the group decision making process and outcome from three angles information communication and processing, occurrence, and avoidance of progress slipping up, and conflict management. It then presents the important status and role of the leadership style and behavior in the research of the group decision making. The leadership is not only a main factor influencing the process and outcome of decision making, but also an essential component of the organizing form of group decision making. Based on the above, the paper has made suggestions of how to design and control leadership variables in the research of group decision making, holding that, in the future research, it is needed to consider the impact of leadership factors, give prominence to the status of circumstance factors in the research of group decision making, examine the inter design of the impact of varied leadership style (behavior) and decision making procedure and rules, and gradually intensify the research of the role of conflict management of the leadership.
