摘　　要：传统矿山对生态环境的高强度破坏使生态矿山建设成为发展生态经济、改善生态环境、培育生态文化和维护生态安全的一项重要工作。文章分析了生态矿山建设的重要意义,阐述了生态矿山建设的目标和基本原则,提出了生态矿山建设的主要任务和保障措施,认为摒弃"先发展,后治理"的传统资源开发道路,大力建设生态矿山是我国矿业发展的阳光之路。For Traditional mining having caused heavy damge to ecological environment, ecological mine construction has been an important task to develop ecological economy, improve ecological environment, cultivate econogical culture and maintain econogical safety. This paper analyzes the importance of ecological mine construction, represents the corresponding target and basic principle, puts forward the primary mission and protective mesures, and considers it is the bright road of developing mining industry for china to abandon the traditional debelopment mode of 'developing resource first, improving environment second' and devote major efforts to constructing ecological mine.
