摘  要:研究了由低品位铜矿制取铜氨络合物,经蒸氨制得纯净的氧化铜,再经过氯化、还原、水解等过程而制得活性氯化亚铜的工艺过程.确定了最佳工艺条件:矿粉细度100目以上;浸取温度70~80℃;中和除铁pH=3;蒸氨温度103℃,时间80 min;NaCl用量超过理论用量的10%;HCl用量超过理论用量的15%;反应温度85~95℃,反应时间2 h.The process of preparing active cuprous chloride from low grade copper ore was experimentally studied, in which cuprammonia complex compound was prepared from copper ore by catalysis conversion; then, pure copper oxide was obtained by evaporating ammonia; finally, the product was gained by chlorization, recuction and hydrolysis. The optimum technological conditions has been determined as the follows: the fineness of the ore powder is over 100 mesh; the leaching temperature is 78~80℃; the pH value of solution is kept at 3 in the course of neutralization leaching solution to remove ferric ions; the temperature and the time of evaporating ammonia are 103℃ and 80min respectively; the amounts of NaCl and HCl are the 1.1 and 1.5 times of their theoretic amounts respectively; reaction temperature and reaction time were 85~95℃ and 2h, respectively.
