摘　　要：从现代流程工业的计算机集成制造系统入手,将现代扁平化管理模式引入水泥原料矿山企业,减少了管理的中间环节,实现了管理层与现场过程控制层的信息反馈与在线优化,从而解决了现代矿山企业的信息化、集成化、集约化难题,既为实现现代矿山管理创新提供了新思路,又为其它制造企业提供了重要的参考案例。In this paper, starting with Computer Integrated Manufacturing System (CIMS) for modern process industry, the modern flat management mode is introduced into the management of modern cement raw material quarry enterprises, so that the intermediate links of management are reduced, and the information feedback and online optimization between management layer and field process control layer are achieved, consequently, the some problems such as information, integration, intensivism of modern quarry enterprises are solved. This is not only to provide a new thought for implementing the management innovation of modern quarry enterprises, but also provide an important reference case with others manufacturing enterprise.
