摘　　要：科学优先权,是科学共同体乃至整个社会对科学发现所予以的确认和承认,是对科学工作者的科学劳动及其成果的最高褒奖,是一种有利于科学发展的激励机制。但科学优先权并非法律上的裁决,而是一种学术界的共识。目前遵循的学术规范是以科技期刊的正式、公开发表为确认科学优先权的主要依据。为了适应知识经济时代发展的快捷性要求,许多学术期刊开设“快速通道”以加快优秀论文的发表,成为此类成果获得同行的承认和科学优先权的最有利因素。Scientific priority is the confirmation of discovery and the greatest credit to scientist's work and achievement by the scientific comunity and society.As a impellent mechanisms for the scientific development,being not a legal recognition,but a consensus of academic,the confirmation of priority is based on the formal and public publication in learned journals.Many academic journals have opened the 'rapid track' for accelerated publication of the outstanding papers and it is very beneficial to the achievement of priority.
