摘　　要：应用偏离份额分析方法,对漳州市1998年～2003年的三次产业的发展状况进行了分析和比较,提取了其在产业结构与竞争力方面的优势,劣势的信息,发现期间漳州市经济增长主要得益于产业结构,竞争力因素在区域经济增长中的贡献率很小,并针对其特征提出了加快特色农业的发展,发挥区域比较优势、深化企业改革,培养主导产业,发展旅游业和服务业等促进漳州经济增长的措施.The article has made analyses and comparison on the development of the three industries from 1998 to 2003 in Zhangzhou City by using the method of shift-share, extract their advantage information as well as disadvantage information in the industrial structure and competitiveness, find out the economic growth derives in mainly from the industrial structure while the contribution ratio of the competitiveness is lower in this period, and put forwards some measures to contribute much to economic increase in Zhangzhou City ,such as quickening the development of the special agriculture, giving full play to the regional comparison superiority, promoting enterprise reform, developing the major industrial, and developing the tourism together with the service.
