吻合器痔环切术与传统痔切除术临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的　比较吻合器痔环切术(PPH)与传统痔切除术(Milligan Morgan)治疗脱垂性内痔、混合痔的临床疗效。方法　将2 0 0例脱垂性内痔、混合痔患者随机分为PPH组和Milli gan Morgan组并采用相应术式进行手术,观察2种手术方法的手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛、住院时间等指标。结果　PPH法在手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛、住院时间等方面优于Milligan Morgan法,具有显著性差异。结论　PPH法在治疗脱垂性内痔、混合痔方面优于传统痔切除术。Objective It is to compare the clinical curative effect of PPH and Milligan-Morgan on prolapsed internal hemorrhoids and combined hemorrhoids. Methods 200 patients with prolapsed internal hemorrhoids and combined hemorrhoids were randomly divided into PPH group and Milligan-Morgan group and were treated with respective operation. The operating time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative pain degree and length of stay of the two methods were observed. Results PPH had better effect than Milligan-Morgan in those items above. The difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion PPH is preferable to Milligan-Morgan on prolapsed internal hemorrhoids and combined hemorrhoids.
