红毛五加对中枢神经系统作用的实验研究

摘　　要：红毛五加醇提物和水提物有明显的中枢抑制作用，可以减少小鼠的自发活动，协同戊巴比妥钠的中枢抑制作用并拮抗苯丙胺的中枢兴奋作用。其中枢镇静作用似与安定有别，而相似与利血平。xperimental data indicated that Acanthopanax giraldii given intraperitoneally in nuce had pronounced in-hibitory effects on the CNS. It reduced the spontaneous activity , prolonged the hypnotic time of pentobarbital sodi-um and antagonised the amphetamine-induced hyperactivity. The results suggest that the sedative effect of A. gi-raldii is probably different from that of diazepam , but perhaps similar to that of reserpine.
