肾虚骨质疏松症动物模型的复制及相关指标测定

摘　　要：用切除１０月龄雌、雄大鼠双侧卵巢睾丸的方法复制肾虚骨质疏松症动物模型。结果表明，模型动物在术后３个月可满意地显示出临床绝经后或老年性肾虚骨质疏松症所具有的骨矿密度下降，骨质疏松脱钙，血清碱性磷酸酶、空腹尿钙、羟脯氨酸与肌酐比值均升高，雌二醇或睾酮测值降低．骨小梁稀疏及破骨细胞活性增强等征象及病理学变化。文中讨论了各检测指标的临床及实验学意义。In this study a model of the osteoporosis due to kidney-asthenia was established by excision of the ovaries or the testes of rats at age of 10 months 3 months after ovariotomy or orchiectomy,the model showed many signs and pathological changes of the clinical postmenopausal and senile osteoporosis such as loss of bone mineral content rarefaction of bone with decalcification marked rises in level of serum alkaline phosphatase and ratio of fasting urinary calcium, phosphorus and hydroxyproline to creatinine. a decline in levels of serum estradiol and testosterone. decrease of mineralized cancellous bone density and enhancement of activity of osteoclost this article discussed the clinical and experimental significance of these indices.
