摘  要:通过对H13钢加厚模在淬火过程中产生裂纹的原因进行分析,指出合适的热处理工艺是确保获得最佳的强韧性及热疲劳抗力的关键,也是确保淬火质量的关键。分析结果表明,在H13钢淬火过程中,操作不当是使加厚模产生裂纹的主要因素。This article has analyzed the reasons of the cracks on the H13 steel thicker mould produced during the quenching process, and pointed out that the proper heat treatment process is the key point to ensure the optimized obdurability and thermal fatigue resistance obtained, as well as the key point to ensure the quenching quality. The results shows that during the quenching process of H13 steel, the improper operation is the main factor to produce the cracks on the thicker mould.
