摘 要:采用交替三线性分解(ATLD)二阶校正法与三维荧光光谱相结合,对在依诺沙星(ENO)共存下的氧氟沙星(OFL)和诺氟沙星(NOR)进行同时定量测定.当组分数选为3时,获得的回收率分别为(100.2±0.5)%和(98.2±0.4)%;组分数选为4时,回收率分别为(100.3±0.4)%和(98.4±0.5)%.对实际药物中OFL和NOR的含量进行测定,所测结果与标示含量接近.实验结果表明,此法可用于未知干扰共存下氟喹诺酮类药物的同时直接快速定量测定.<Abstrcat>A method was proposed for simultaneous determination of ofloxacin(OFL) and norfloxacin(NOR) in the presence of enoxacin(ENO) by combining excitation emission fluorescence spectrum with second-order calibration based on alternating trilinear decomposition algorithm. When the component number was set to 3, the obtained recoveries of OFL and NOR were (100.2±0.5)% and (98.2±0.4)% respectively; when the component number was 4, the obtained recoveries of OFL and NOR were (100.3±0.4)% and (98.4±0.5)% respectively. This method was applied to determine the quantities of OFL and NOR in pharmaceutical preparations with satisfactory results. It was shown that the proposed method could be applied to simultaneous direct determination of fluoroquinolones even in the presence of unknown interference(s).
