摘 要:研制了电化学聚合制备尼古丁分子印迹聚邻氨基酚敏感膜传感器,并对分子印迹膜的结构和性能进行了探讨与研究.在弱酸性条件下,以邻氨基酚为单体,尼古丁为模板分子,用循环伏安法电聚合成膜制备传感器.该传感器对尼古丁具有良好的选择性和敏感度,用恒电位计时安培法,尼古丁浓度在4.0×10-7~3.3×10-5mol/L范围内与电流增量成线性关系,检测下限为2.0×10-7mol/L,加标回收率在99%~102%之间.<Abstrcat>A sensitive nicotine sensor based on molecularly imprinted electropolymer of o-aminophenol was proposed, and its configuration and performance were studied. Under the condition of weak acidity, the sensitive film was prepared through the electropolymerization of o-aminophenol on a gold electrode in the presence of template (nicotine). The sensor exhibited good selectivity and sensitivity to nicotine. The determination limit was 2.0×10^(-7) mol/L, and a linear relationship between the current and the concentration was found in the range of 4.0×10^(-7) ~ 3.3 ×10^(-5) mol/L. The sensor has been applied to the analysis of nicotine in tobacco samples with recovery rates ranging from 99% to 102%.
