摘　　要：目的评价经尿道前列腺电汽化切除术(TUVP)治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的疗效。方法回顾性分析376例TUVP的临床资料。结果TUVP治疗前列腺Ⅱ°增生153例,Ⅲ°增生149例,Ⅳ°增生74例,术后最大尿流率(Qmax)、剩余尿量(PVR)、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)均得到了明显改善。结论TUVP适用于前列腺不同程度增生的BPH患者,具有创伤小、出血少、疗效好、术后康复快的特点。[Objective]To evaluate the clinical effect of transurethral electrovaporization of prostate in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Clinical data of 376 cases of BPH by tranurethral electrovaporization were analysed retrospectively. 153 cases of Ⅱ° BPH, 149 cases of Ⅲ° BPH, 74 cases of Ⅳ°BPH, whose Qmax, PVR, IPSS, QOL were obviously improved after operation. [Conclusions] TUVP for BPH should be recommended. TUVP is characteristic of less damage, fewer complication, good result and little blood loss which is suitable for the treatment of BPH.
