氩离子凝固术治疗消化道息肉的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨氩离子凝固术治疗消化道息肉的价值。方法采用德国ERBE公司生产的APC300型内镜专用氩气刀对经病理学证实的消化道息肉进行氩离子凝固术。结果24例息肉患者,其中19例为广基、扁平息肉,经内镜氩气刀治疗均治愈,另有5例为有蒂息肉,经高频电圈套治疗配合氩气刀治疗后全部治愈。结论氩离子凝固术治疗消化道息肉疗效佳,并发症少,安全性好,对广基、扁平息肉可作为首选治疗方法。[Objective]To evaluate the values of the endoscopic argon plasma coagulation (APC) for the treatment of gastrointestinal(GI) polyps. The GI polyps confirmed pathologically were coagulated by argon plasma generated by ERBE APC 300 made in German ERBE Company. 19 cases(in 24 cases) were flat and thin sessile polyps, they were cured directly by APC; another five cases were pedunculated polyps, they were treated by polypectomy with snare before APC for stump clearance. [Conclusions] Treatment of GI polyps by APC is of safty, satisfactory therapeutic efficacy and low side-effects. It can be the first choice of methods for the treatment of sessile gastrointestinal polyps, flat and thin polyps.
