摘　　要：目的探讨椎间盘镜手术的经验和技巧。方法回顾性总结326例腰椎间盘镜患者的手术资料。结果13例因过程失败而中转为传统开放手术,287例患者获6～46个月随访(平均32个月),按MACNAB标准评定,优170例,良117例,可19例,差4例。结论间盘镜髓核摘除术是一种有价值的微创疗法,病人的选择及对手术细节的注重是获得良好结果的基本条件。[Objective]To explore the experience and skills of microendoscopic discectomy. By reviewing and analysizing the operating materials of 326 patients of lumber disc herniation with microendoscopic discectomy. 13 patients were turned to the traditional surgery because of procedure failures, 287 patients were followed-up from 6 to 46 months(mean 32), based on a modified Macnab outcome grading. 170 cases were evaluated as excellent, 117 as good, 19 as fair, 4 as poor. [Condusions] Microendoscopic discectomy is a valure microinvasive method. Well-selected patients and attention to details are essential in optinizing surgical results.
