摘  要:目的探讨缺铁性贫血(IDA)患者红细胞天然免疫黏附功能和免疫分子CD35的变化及其临床意义。方法采用红细胞酵母菌花环试验检测红细胞C3b受体花环率(RC3bRR)及红细胞促中性粒细胞吞噬率(ERPN),采用红细胞免疫黏附肿瘤细胞花环试验检测红细胞黏附肿瘤细胞花环率(RATR),采用流式细胞仪检测红细胞免疫分子CD35(RBC-CD35)数量。结果30例IDA患者治疗前,红细胞天然免疫黏附功能RC3bRR、ERPN及RATR与正常对照组比较显著降低,P<0.05;RBC-CD35数量与正常对照组比较显著降低,P<0.05。30例IDA患者铁剂治疗2、3个月贫血纠正后,RC3bRR、ERPN、RATR及RBC-CD35数量基本恢复正常,与正常对照组比较差异无显著性,P>0.05。结论IDA患者存在可逆性的红细胞免疫功能损害,强调IDA患者早期诊断及早期治疗的重要性。[Objective]To study the changes and clinical significancy of erythrocyte innate immune adhesion function and immune molecule CD35 in patients with iron deficiency anemia(IDA). The red cells C3b receptor rosette rate (RC3bRR) and enhancing rosette rate of phagocytosis of red cells on neutrophils (ERPN) were determinated with erythrocyte yeast rosette test, the red cells adhering tumor cells rosette rate (RATR) was determinated with erythrocyte immune adhering tumor cells rosette test, the amount of immune molecule CD35 on red blood cells (RBC-CD35) was measured with flow cytometery. Before treatment with iron preparation of 30 IDA patients, erythrocyte innate immune adhesion function of RC3bRR?ERPN and RATR were significantly decreased compared with control group, P <0.05; the amount of RBC-CD35 was significantly decreased compared with control group, P <0.05. After treatment with iron preparation for 2-3 months the IDA patients with no anemia, there was no great difference in erythrocyte RC3bRR, ERPN, RATR and RBC-CD35 compared with control group, P >[Objective]0.05. [Conclusions] There are reversible damages of erythrocyte immune functions in IDA patients, it is important to IDA patients for early diagnosis and treatment.
