摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道前列腺电汽化切割术并发症的防治体会。方法采用经尿道前列腺电汽化切割术治疗前列腺增生(benignprostatichyperplasiaBPH)200例。结果手术顺利,视野清晰,出血少,疗效满意,本组未出现严重并发症。结论该方法是一种治疗BPH疗效确切,安全性较高的手术。[Objective]To investigate the preventive and treatment of the complications by using TUVP. 200 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were treated by TUVP. All patients were operated on smoothly. The endoscopic view was clear and with little bleeding. The floowup revealed satisfactory outclme and no serious side effects observed. [Conclusion] This method is safe, and has excellent outcome.
