改良伽马钉与动力髋螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的比较股骨粗隆间骨折两种治疗方法。方法 共手术治疗31例,其中以改良Gamma钉固定8例,Richard’s钉固定23例,对两组手术治疗的优良率进行分析比较,并做统计学处理。结果优良率Gamma钉组100％,Richard’s钉组82.6％。两组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 股骨粗隆间骨折,尤其是不稳定型/粉碎骨折的手术方式以Gamma钉治疗为宜,可以早期负重,减少并发症。Objective To compare two operative methods of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elder. Methods 31 patients were treated by surgical operation with two different internal-fixation instrumentation systems. Richard's screw was used in 8 cases meanwhile modified Gamma's screw was used in other cases. We compared the excellent rate in two groups by the statistical analysis. Results The excellent rate was 100% in the group using modified Gamma's screw and 82.6% in the other group. Two group show significant statistical different (P<0.01). Conclusion We suggest that the intertrochanteric fracture of femur specially in unstable or comminuted type should be treated with modified Gamma's screw because this method make it possible rehabilitation early and decrease in complications.
