摘　　要：主要介绍了IC卡芯片AT4 5 DB0 4 1的特点、引脚功能、芯片的读写操作,并给出了相应的汇编子程序和时序图。文中还介绍了AT4 5 DB0 4 1与AT89C5 1芯片的通讯,利用单片机的普通I / O口模拟实现SPI总线的功能,对IC卡进行读写操作。This paper mainly introduces the characteristic, pin function and the operation of reading and writing AT45DB041 appends scheduling chart and relevant universal subprogram in assemble language.This paper also introduces the communication between AT45DB041 and AT89C51, makes use of the common I/O pin of SCM to simulate SPI ′s function and to read and write IC card.
