纸卷的“勾股弦”偏差与B／M系统

摘　　要：本文以勾股弦偏差分析为线索，论述了输出量的正态分布与偏差带、闭环控制的吸引中心与理想境界，设定值向上限或下限平移的困难，以及评价成批纸卷质量水平的两种改善率的计算方法等有关Ｂ／Ｍ系统总体的基本理论与实际问题。In this article the following formulas about three deviations of paper reel (ΔB)2+σ2B=σ2BT and (ΔM)+σ2M=σ2MT for basis weight and moisture respectively were proved. Where ΔB or ΔM- mean deviations,σB or σM- standard deviations,σBT orσMT-root-mean-square deviations for target values.Therefore,ΔB(orΔM),σB(or σM)and σBT(or σMT) may be regarded as three sides(arm ,leg and hypotenuse)of a right triangle,hence intuitively,may be called'arm-leg-hypotenuse' deviations.On the basis of these two formulas,some theoretical and practical problems about B/M system at the total,such as ①reasonable control indexes,②normal distribution and deviation band of output,③attractive centre and ideal state of closed loop control ,④translation of target value ,and ⑤two improved ratios for quality of betch reels etc.were discussed.
