摘　　要：佳木斯造纸厂从芬兰奥斯龙公司引进了一套新型、高效、低碱流失的压力过滤、洗涤苛化系统。本文就如何延长该系统主体元件──滤套的使用寿命这一技术问题，进行系统的阐述。The working state of the stocking,the main unit of Ecofilter and Ecowasher of causticizing system is the critical factor for conducting the seperation process of the suspension liquor with high efficiency and low consumption.Suitable process condition to creat an optimum working state therefore prolong the service life of the stocking was discussed systematically in this polier.Operating experience indicate that controlling the process condition, upgrading the reburned lime quality, reducing the dregs content in lime milk and improving the acid washing quality are the effective ways to prolong the service life of the stockings.
