摘　　要：文章就生物技术在制浆造纸工业的应用现况及其前景，作出综述。文章涉及的三个主要方面包括导致木素降解的真菌体系及其应用，多糖类降解体系及其利用，以及其他体系的生物技术。在论述中，特别注意到介绍可望在中国应用的某些最新成果。The current status and future prostects of recent biotechnological developments for the pulp and paper industry is being reviewed. Discussions are being presented in three main areas, namely the lignin-degrading system of fungi and its uses,the polysaccharide degrading systems and their empolyments, and biotechnology using other germs.Attempts are also being undertaken to point out specifically new achievements pertinent for application in China.
