摘  要:研究表明:巨尾桉木片APMP二氧六环木素的结构单元实验式为C9H8.75O3.07(OCH3)1.66,结构单元的比率为S:G:P-H=1.89:1:0.31。巨尾桉APMP木素中酚羟基、邻酚结构及共轭羰基含量明显减少使浆有较高的白度,而邻酚结构没有被完全消除及邻醌结构含量的稍有增加均阻碍APMP白度的继续提高。The structural change of lignin in Eucalyptus (U. grandisurophylla) during alkaline hydrogen peroxide chemimechanical pulping (APMP) was investigated. The ratio of 1. 25 :1 : 0. 35 for S : G : H of the lignin in the Eucalyptus and the alkylary ester linkage between the units have been found. However, the alkylary ester linkages are broken during APMP pulping, the ratio of S : G : H is :. 89 : 1 : 0.31 for the lignin of APMP. Average molecular weight of the residual lignin in the APMP increases as the lignin with low molecular wieght is dissolved during APMP pulping. On the other hand, the contents of alcoholic hydroxyl group and the methoxyl group in the lignin of the pulp increase compared with the lignin of the Eucalyptus due to the guaiacyl units are more easy to dissolve than the syrigyle units during APMP pulping. Significant reduction of phenolic hydroxyl and results a good brightness of the pulp. However,the uncompletely removal of the orth-phenol unit and little increase of the ortho-quinone unit become the obstacle to improve the brightness of the pulp furtherly.
