摘  要:城市所排放的工业污水中含有一定数量的氯苯、酚等芳香化合物.本项目研究了利用芦苇塘处理城市污水系统中土壤里的产甲烷细菌的分布和优势产甲烷细菌的分离及其耐受芳香化合物的能力。结果表明,不同处理的产甲烷细菌的数量都较低,大约在10 ̄1~10 ̄2个/克湿土,不同层次的产甲烷细菌的数量大部分呈现出a层小于b层和c层,处理高于对照.利用Hungate厌氧技术所分离的产甲烷细菌菌株有两个:甲烷八叠球菌和甲烷杆菌,甲烷杆菌对苯酚的最高耐受浓度为428mg/L不能降解,但能与硫酸还原细菌联合作用加速苯酚降解。There are a number of chlorobenzene and phenol in the industrial waste water from city. In this experiment.the isolation and distribution of methanogens in the soils ofreed pond wbere it was used to treat waste water and it′s ability of tolerating and degradationaromatiC colnpounds have been researched.The experiment results show that the methanogen numbersin different treatments are very low and is about 101-102 per gram wet soil. Generally,tha methanogens. in a layer is lower than that of b and c layer and that of treatment is higher than thatof contrast.2 strains of methanogens have been isolated with Hungate anaerobic technology.Thereare Methanosarc ina sp. and Methanobacterium sp. The highest tolerating concentration ofMethanobacterium sp. on phenol is428 mg/L, but not degradate phenol.It can stimulate the pricinplemetabolisln when the:methanogens assoc iate with Sulfate Reducing Bacteria.
