摘  要:目的:观察氨基葡萄糖筋骨素片对膝关节炎患者膝关节疼痛,晨僵,关节屈曲及行走能力等骨关节功能人体试食试验的效果。方法:2003-12/2004-04上海第二医科大学附属瑞金医院伤科门诊收治骨性关节炎患者101例,按性别、年龄、关节炎病程和X射线分级分为试食组51例,对照组50例,试食组服用氨基葡萄糖筋骨素片,2片/次,2次/d,对照组服用外观与氨基葡萄糖筋骨素片相同的淀粉安慰剂,服用方法与试食组一致。观察试食组试前后症状积分中(膝关节休息痛、运动痛、压痛、肿胀、晨僵、膝关节屈曲、行走能力)7个项目的变化情况。结果:按意向处理分析,101例均进入结果分析。试食前两组的症状积分没有差异[试食组(6.20±3.23)分,对照组(6.06±2.95)分(P>0.05)],经过2个月的试食之后,两组的症状积分降低程度不同[试食组(2.88±3.12)分,对照组(4.50±3.09)分,(P<0.05)],试食组降低更加明显。治疗前后两次积分差值比较差异显著[试食组(3.31±2.67)分,对照组(1.59±2.37)分,(P<0.001)]。结论:氨基葡萄糖筋骨素片能降低膝关节退行性骨关节炎患者的症状积分,同时又具有改善膝关节骨关节屈曲功能和行走能力的作用。AIM:To observe the effect of jingusu glucosamine hydrochloride functional foo d through human intake trial on knee joint function such as pain,morning stiffne ss,knee flexion and walking ability in patients with knee osteoarthritis(OA). METHODS:From December 2003 to April 2004,101 outpatients diagnosed with OA we re treated in the Department of Traumatology,Ruijin Hospital,Shanghai Second Med ical University.According to their sex,age,course of OA and X- ray classificati on,the 101 patients were divided into two groups,test group(n=51) and control gr oup(n=50).The patients in the test group took jingusu glucosamine hydrochloride, 2 tables once,twice per day,and those in the control group treated with a same d ose of starch placebo in the same taking manner as in the test group.Before and after intake trial,the changes of symptom scores in all the patients were observ ed in 7 items of rest pain,pain on motion,tenderness,turgidity and knee joint mo rning stiffness,knee joint flexion and walking ability. RESULTS:According to intention management,all the 101 patients finished the r esult analysis.Before intake of jingusu glucosamine hydrochloride,there was no s ignificant difference in OA clinical symptom scores between the test group[(6.20 ± 3.23) points] and the control group[(6.06± 2.95) points](P >0.05).After two - month trial intake,the symptom scores of both groups were decreased,but more significantly in the test group[(2.88± 3.12) points in the test group,(4.50± 3 .09) points in the control group](P< 0.05).The difference of OA symptoms between pre- intake and post- intake was significantly different in the test group[(3 .31± 2.67) points] and in the control group[(1.59± 2.37) points](P CONCLUSION:Jingusu glucosamine hydrochloride functional food is effective in lowering the scores of OA symptoms and improving knee joint flexion function and walking abilitym in the patients with knee OA.
