摘 要:方法:实验于2004-09在解放军总医院实验动物中心进行,将体质量280~320g的30只大鼠随机分成6组,每组5只。对照组、创伤1,3,7,14d及1个月组。将直径1mm钢丝粘固于大鼠左侧上颌第一磨牙,造成对牙的创伤。粘固1个月内观察粘结物固位情况及大鼠饮食、行为变化并拍摄上下颌磨牙根尖片。结果:观测时间内2只(14d及1个月组各1只)大鼠粘结物脱落,将其剔除,28只大鼠进入结果分析。①咬合创伤1,3d组大鼠性情急躁,攻击性强,7,14d及1个月组大鼠渐温顺,不喜运动,反应欠灵敏。咬合创伤1个月组大鼠被毛杂乱,色略黄,光泽度差,而对照组大鼠被毛顺滑,有光泽。②口内检查见大鼠实验牙牙合面明显磨损,低于邻牙。③X射线片显示,咬合创伤1个月组创伤侧下颌磨牙牙周膜增宽,牙槽骨有少量吸收。结论:实验过程中粘结材料基本上未脱落,实验牙牙合面明显磨损,X射线片均证明实验动物确实存在牙牙合创伤。AIM:To establish an animal model of traumatic occlusion in rats by directly g luing square steel onto occlusal surface based on that rat is a kind of rodent a nimals. METHODS:The experiment was done in the Center for Experimental Animals,Genera l Hospital of Chinese PLA in September 2004.Thirty rats weighing 280 to 320 g we re divided into six groups with 5 in each group:control group,1- day,3- day,7 - day,14- day and 1- month trauma groups.The rat occlusal surface of the left first maxillary molar was glued with square steel 1 mm in diameter to induce oc clusal trauma.Inlays retention and the changes of diet and behavior were observe d during 1 month of glue,meanwhile X- ray films of the upper and lower molar we re taken. RESULTS:Inlays were dislocated in two rats during observation(one in 14- day trauma group and the other in 1- month trauma group),so totally 28 rats were i nvolved in the result analysis.① The rats in the 1- day trauma and 3- day tra uma groups were irritable and strongly aggressive,but those in the 7- day,14- day and 1- month groups became mild,bored with movement,and unresponsive.The ha ir of rats was tanglesome,a little yellow and poor in lustrousness in the 1- mo nth trauma group,but smooth,lustrous in the control group.② The experimental oc clusal surface was worn obviously,which was lower than the neighboring teeth in the intraoral examination.③ As shown by X- ray films,periodontium of lower jaw molar widened and alveolar bone was absorbed a little in 1- month trauma group . CONCLUSION:The glued material on the occlusal surface did not abscise during our experiment.Occlusal surface was worn obviously.The results of X- ray films showed that there was exactly occlusal trauma in the experimental animals.
