摘  要:目的:研究豚鼠鼓阶开窗修复后对内耳的影响。方法:实验于2002-04/10在第四军医大学唐都医院耳鼻咽喉科实验室完成。选择清洁级杂色雄性豚鼠20只,在耳蜗底周处钻孔,吸净外淋巴液,取小块筋膜填塞瘘口,生物胶封固。分别于开窗术前及修复术后2周行脑干诱发电位测试,基底膜剥离铺片,在高倍相差显微镜下观察耳蜗毛细胞的结构。结果:20只豚鼠均进入结果分析。开窗术前术后2周的反应阈分别为(0±2.62)dB和(4.96±3.87)dB。开窗术前及修复术后2周脑干诱发电位波Ⅰ~Ⅲ潜伏期无明显改变(t=2.156,P>0.05);毛细胞排列和结构未见明显异常。结论:鼓阶钻孔开窗修复后对内耳的结构和功能无明显影响。AIM:To investigate the effect of fenestration of scala tympani on inner ears of guinea pigs. METHODS:The experiment was conducted in the Laboratory for Otolaryngology,Tan gdu Hospital,Fourth Military Medical University from April to October 2002.In 20 male guinea pigs,a hole was drilled at basal turn of cochlea,perilymph fluid wa s fully sucked,and the fistula was sealed with small pieces of fascia and mount ed with biologic glue.The auditory brain- stem response(ABR) was tested before and two weeks after fenestration respectively,and the basement membrane was deta ched from stretched preparation of cochlea.The structure of hair cells in cochle a was observed under high power phase contrast microscope. RESULTS:All the 20 guinea pigs were included in the result analysis.The react ive threshold before and two after fenestration were (0± 2.62) dB and (4.96± 3 .87) dB respectively.No difference in wave Ⅰ to Ⅲ interval period latency of ABR was observed before and two weeks after fenestration(t=2.156,P >0.05).The s tructure and arrangement of hair cells did not change obviously. CONCLUSION:Fenestration of scala tympani does not have obvious damage to the function and structure of inner ears.
