摘　　要：目的对弯曲根管行根管治疗和塑化治疗的疗效进行比较。方法选择临床诊断为牙髓炎或根尖周炎病例中弯曲根管100例,将其随机分为塑化治疗组和根管治疗组,2年后统计疗效。结果100例弯曲根管中,2年后随访复查86例,应答率为86%。其中塑化治疗组46例,成功率为83%(38/46);根管治疗组40例,成功率为85%(34/40),两组间没有显著性差异。结论塑化治疗疗程短、操作简单,对弯曲根管不失为一种简便有效方法。Objective To evaluate curative effect of root canal therapy and resinefying therapy of molar curvature canal. Methods One hundred molars with curvature canals diagnosed as pulpitis or apical periodontitis were divided into two groups randomly, root canal therapy group and resinefying therapy group, the curative effect of which was compared two years later. Results Of one hundred curvature canal, eight-six curvature canal (forty-six in resinefying group and forty in root canal group) were being followed-up during two years. The successful rate of treatment was 83%(38/46) in resinefying group and 85%(34/40) in root canal group, the relationship between which had no significant difference. Conclusion Resinefying therapy is a kind of sample and effective method.
