拔罐疗法的临床应用探讨──附肌纤维织炎68例疗效分析

摘　　要：文章对本疗法作用时间、瘀血程度与疗效之间的关系进行了探讨。结果表明：治疗肌纤维织炎有效率为９７．１％，在负压一定的情况下，其疗效１０分钟与５分钟之间有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），而与１５分钟之间无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。说明瘀血程度随时间延长而增加，疗效不随瘀血程度提高。In this study the relationship between the duration of action of the cupping therapy, the degree of venous congestion and therapeutic effect was investigated.The results showed that the effective rate in treating myofibrositis was 97.1%. With an identical negative pressure the therapeutic effects of the therapy applied for 10 and 5 min.were sighigicantly different statistically (P<0.05), but not for 10 and 15 min. (P>0.05). With duration increment of cupping the degree of venous congestion was found to be increased, but the therapeutic effect was not improved.
