摘　　要：在 1 8世纪英国的过渡时期 ,一种仍然为主流社会所认可 (或默许 )的政治空间的存在 ,使民众的道德经济学的展演成为可能。这种政治空间之所以能够在 1 8世纪的英国存在 ,一方面取决于基于一种功能互赖的贵族、平民关系 ,另一方面取决于英国行政当局基于《政令汇编》的行政实践的精神遗存。In 18th century, a transition period of England, the political space approved by mainstream made it possible that the populace appealed for their existence right by the form of moral economy. The emergence of the political space in 18th century lay in two facts: on the one side, the relationship between aristocrat and the populace based on functional interdependence; on the other side, the spirit legacy of administration practice of England administrational authorities based on compilation of government decrees.
