摘　　要：作为国家政权建设不可缺少的物质基础——行政事业单位固定资产,其管理工作成为财务会计管理工作的盲区,存在着一些与其地位不相称的弊病。通过对这些弊病的深入分析,研究进一步加强行政事业单位固定资产管理的对策,从法律法规和管理机制等方面,阐述实施资源优化整合,提高资产使用效能的途径。the fixed assets of administration institution,whose management is becoming a blank in accouting management .This essay analyses the disadvantages, researches the solution of deeply managing the fixed assets of administration. From the laws and regulations, regulatory regime points of view, it discusses the way of better organizing resource and improving usefulness of assets.
