摘　　要：自拟活胃冲剂治疗脾胃气虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎１５４例，结果总有效率为９８．０５％；对照组６０例服三九胃泰，总有效率为８１．７６％。二者差异显著（Ｐ＜０．００５）。同步观察临床症状、胃镜等的改善，亦证明疗效优于对照组。The 154 atrophic gastritis patients of the Qi-deficiency and blood stasis type of stomach-spleer have been treated with Huowei powder prepared by ourselves. The result demonstrates that the total effective rate(98. 05%) of Huowei Powder in 154 cases is significantly higher than the control total effective rate(81.76 % ) of Sanjiuweitai in other 60 cases(P<0.005). This tesult is confirmed by the clinical manifestation and gastrofiberscopy.
