摘　　要：本文通过对张焕纶的家世和成长背景、受教育背景,以及其事业的追述和分析,探讨晚清中国最大口岸城市上海的一代正统士子的生活价值取向,以及上海本邑在中国近代社会转型中的特征。Through dating from the family history of Zhang Huanlun, analyzing his extraction as well as the background of growth and education, this article discusses the living value tropism of the orthodox college scholar generation like him in Shanghai which is the biggest trading port city in the late of Qing dynasty. And it also discusses the characteristic of Shanghai during the transition of the modern society of China.
