固本益肠片治疗慢性结肠炎91例疗效观察

摘　　要：经纤维结肠镜及病理确诊的１３７例慢性结肠炎，以固本益肠片及补脾益肠丸对比治疗，４０天为１疗程。固本益肠片组９１例，治愈５８例（６３．７４），显效２５例（２７．４７），好转６例（６．６０），无效２例（２．１９），疗效优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。固本益肠片有明显的止痛止泻、健脾补肾作用。137 cases of chronic colitis confirmed with colonofiberscopy and biopsy pathological diagnosis had been divided into the treatment group (91 cases) treated with Gubenyichangpian and the control group (46 cases) for 40 days. The curable rate (63. 74%), the significant effective rate (27. 47%) and the moderate rate (6. 60%) in the treatment group is higher than those in the control group (P<0. 01). This fact suggests that Gubenyichangpian be significant for reliving pain and diarrhea as its reinforcing the spleen to supply the kidney.
