摘　　要：社会生活的本质是实践,实践的过程和目的在于改造自然世界、社会世界和精神世界。因此,改造世界的技术,也就至少有三类,即自然技术、社会技术和人文(思维)技术。社会技术是人们改造社会世界、调整社会关系、控制社会运行的实践性知识体系。社会技术与自然技术都属于技术大家庭中的成员,但同时又有质的区别,社会技术具有规范性、系统性、主体际性和可操作性等特点。The nature of social life is practice whose process and purpose are to reform natural, social and spiritual worlds. Therefore, the technology for reforming the world can at least be divided into three types, i. e. natural, social and human (thinking) technologies. Social technology is a practical knowledge system by which people reform social world, adjust social relationship and control social operation. Both social and natural technologies belong to the bigt technical family while they are different in nature in that social technology is characterized by normality, system, subject and operation.
