摘　　要：目的探讨复发性生殖器疱疹患者外周血淋巴细胞(PBLC)CD80和CD86的水平及其意义。方法利用流式细胞仪对25例复发性生殖器疱疹患者和20例正常人对照者外周血淋巴细胞CD80和CD86的水平进行检测。结果病例组PBLC上CD80和CD68的水平均显著低于正常对照组(P均<0.01)。结论CD80和CD86的水平降低可能是生殖器疱疹复发的重要原因之一。Objective To investigate the levels of CD80 and CD86 on peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLC) in patients with recurrent genital herpes (RGH) and its significance.Methods The levels of CD80 and CD86 on PBLC was measured by flow cytometric assay in 25 patients with RGH and 20 normal controls.Results The levels of CD80 or CD86 on PBLC in patients with RGH was significantly lower than that of normal controls (P<0.01).Conclusion The levels of CD80 and CD86 on PBLC in RGH patients was decreased, which may be one of the important factors for the recurrence.
