环安散防治宫内节育器致月经异常的疗效观察

摘　　要：应用环安散预防和治疗放置宫内节育器（ＩＵＤ）致月经异常１５５例，其中预防组７０例，放置ＩＵＤ后月经血量、经期天数、周期天数与放置ＩＵＤ前比较均无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。治疗组８５例，其中月经过多者３０例，总有效率为９０％；经期延长者３０例，总有效率为９３％；月经先期者２５例，总有效率为８８％。用药后月经血量、经期天数较用药前均明显减少（Ｐ＜０．０１），周期天数、血红蛋白较用药前均有显著性增加（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果表明，环安散是防治ＩＵＤ致月经异常功效全、疗效高、安全、无明显副作用和禁忌症的药物。Huan-an Powder (HA) was used to prevent and treat the intrauterine device (IUD) caused abnormal menstruation in 155 cases, who were divided into the prevention group and treatment group. In the former, 70 cases had taken the powder, resulting in no obvious difference in their amounts of menstrual blood, menstrual period, menstrual cycle and hemoglobin between after and before the applying of IUD (P>0.05).In the latter, there were85 cases, of whom, 30 with hypermenorrhea,30 with menostaxis, and 25 with preceded menstrual cycle, the total effective rate was 90%,93% and 88% respectively. After HA was used, the amount of the menstrual blood was significantly reduced, the menstrual period markedly shortened (P<0.01),while the menstrual cycle was prolonged and hemoglobin increased significantly (P<0.01). The results showed that HA is good recipe in preventing and treating abnormal menstruation caused by applying IUD, with highly effective and safe, and without any side effects and contraindications.
