木香对胃酸分泌、胃排空及胃泌素、生长抑素、胃动素水平的影响

摘　　要：选择２７例慢性浅表性胃炎患者观察木香对胃酸分泌、胃排空及胃泌素、生长抑素、胃动素水平的影响。结果表明：经胃管注入木香煎剂后胃酸分泌及血清胃泌素、血浆生长抑素浓度均无显著变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）。本研究还观察了木香煎剂对５名健康志愿者的胃排空及血浆胃动素水平的影响，结果表明：服用木香煎剂后胃对钡剂排空的时间由１４２．４±５．６ｍｉｎ缩短至８３±１４．８ｍｉｎ（Ｐ＜０．０１），服用木香煎剂后３０ｍｉｎ血浆胃动素浓度明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。The patients with chronic superficial gastritis were selected in the study.The variation in gastric acidity output,serum gastrin and plasma somatostatin concentration were observed during the Saussurea lappa decoction(SLD) perfusion into the stomach.There was no significant changes in acidity output,serum gastrin and plasma somatostatin concentration after the perfusion of SLD(P>0.05).Changes in gastric emptying and plasma motilin concentration were observed after oral administration of the SLD in 5 healthy volunteers.The time of gastric emptying was markedly shortened after oral administration of SLD(P<0.01).A significant increase occurred in plasma motilin concentration at 30 min. after oral administration of SLD(P<0.01).It revealed that SLD could accelerate the gastric emptying and increase the endogenous motilin release.
