摘  要:目的阐述量纲与无量纲指数的系统特异性,以便于对经颅多普勒超声(TCD)的指数系列进行分类命名与应用研究。方法通过对量纲指数的收缩期血流速度(Vs)、舒张期血流速度(Vd)和平均血流速度(Vm)、无量纲指数的脉动指数(PI)、脉动传递指数(PTI)、Lindegaard指数(LDGI)、盗血相关指数(SRI)、盗血指数(SI)、狭窄指数(STI)以及半量纲指数的弹力系数(EM)的分析推导研究,作者将无量纲指数分为一级一类无量纲指数、一级二类无量纲指数、二级无量纲指数;介于量纲和无量纲指数之间的指数定为半量纲指数;阐明各类指数的系统特异性。结果量纲指数(Vs、Vd、Vm)易受超声受声角度和年龄影响;一级一类无量纲指数(PI),易受年龄因素的影响;一级二类无量纲指数(LDGI、SRI)和二级无量纲指数(PTI、SI、STI),不受超声受声角度和年龄因素影响,只受Willis环某种病理状态的影响;介于量纲和一级一类无量纲指数之间的半量纲指数EM,具有量纲和一级一类无量纲指数的系统特异性。结论量纲、一级一类无量纲指数、半量纲指数具有血管系统的特异性,一级二类无量纲、二级无量纲具有Willis环某种病理状态下的Willis环系统特异性。Objective To expatiate on the systemic characteristics of nomenclature-calssification Agetem of dimension and nondimension indices in transcranial dopplor ( TCD ),in order to prosecute the calssification and application of these index systems in TCD.Methods We analyzed the dimension indices of Vs (systolic peak flow velocity),Vd (enddiastolic peak flow velocity) and Vm (mean peak flow velocity),as well as the nondimension indices PI (pulsatility index),PTI (pulsatility transmission index),SI (steal index),STI (stenosis index),LDGI (Lindegaard index),SRI (steal relativity index),and EM (elasticity modulus).The dimension and nondimension indices were classified as follows:The dimension indeces,gradeⅠclassⅠnondimension indices,gradeⅠclassⅡ nondimension indices,gradeⅡnondimension indices,and the semi-dimension indices (between dimension and nondimension indices).Results The dimension indices were easily to be affected by ultrasonographic angles and ages.GradeⅠclassⅠ nondimension indices (PI) were affected by ages.GradeⅠclassⅠ nondimension indices (LDGI,SRI) and the gradeⅡ nondimension indices (SI,STI and PTI) were unaffected by ultrasonography angles or age factors,but they were affected by certain pathologic characteristics in the circle of Willis.The semi-dimension index EM had the characteristic of the dimension and gradeⅠclassⅠ nondimension.Conclusions The dimension and gradeⅠclassⅠ nondimension indices have the characteristics of blood vesculature systems,but gradeⅠclassⅡ nondimension indices and gradeⅡ nondimension indices have certain pathologic systemic characteristics in the circle of Willis.
