摘  要:目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血浆血小板活化因子(PAF)水平与SLE疾病活动性及血浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平的关系。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测血浆PAF水平,采用硫化巴比妥酸(TBA)比色法检测血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量,并以MDA含量代表血浆LPO水平。结果SLE组血浆PAF水平(270.69±42.68)ngmL明显高于正常对照组(200.85±32.61)ngmL(P<0.05),活动期组(288.90±34.17)ngmL高于非活动期组(225.17±23.73)ngmL(P<0.05);有肾损害组血浆PAF水平(300.13±27.91)ngmL高于无肾损害组(238.30±31.01)ngmL(P<0.05)。血浆PAF水平与血浆LPO水平呈正相关(r=0.700,P<0.01),与疾病活动性指数呈正相关(r=0.730,P<0.01),与血沉(ESR)亦呈正相关(r=0.758,P<0.01)。结论SLE患者血浆PAF水平升高,PAF与血浆LPO水平、SLE活动性相关,也与SLE肾损害有关,PAF可能参与SLE的发病机制。Objective: To determine the plasma level of platelet-activating factor (PAF) in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and to explore its relation to plasma lipid peroxide (LPO) level and SLE activity. Methods: Plasma level of PAF was measured by sandwich ELISA and plasma LPO level was substituted by plasma malonyldialdehyde (MDA) level measured by thiobarbituric acid (TBA). Results: Plasma level of PAF was significantly increased in SLE patients (270.69±42.68)ng/mL as compared with normal controls(200.85±32.61)ng/mL(P<0.05), and was higher in active SLE patients(288.90±34.17)ng/mL than that in inactive SLE patients (225.17±23.73)ng/mL(P<0.05). Plasma level of PAF was also higher in renal involvement cases (300.13±27.91)ng/mL than that without renal disorders (238.30±31.01)ng/mL(P<0.05). Plasma level of PAF showed positive correlation with plasma LPO level (r=0.700, P<0.01), disease activity index (r=0.730, P<0.01) and ESR (r=~0.758 , P<0.01). ~Conclusion : PAF is associated with disease activity, plasma LPO level and the disorders of renal involvement. PAF might be involved in the pathogenesis of SLE.
