摘　　要：甘肃省中药南沙参资源调查周印锁，丁义兰，徐涛（兰州医学院药学系生药学教研室７３００００）ＳｔｕｄｉｅｓｏｎＣｕｌｔｒｉｎｇｔｈｅＥｍｂｒｙｏｏｆＴｒｉｐｔｅｒｙｇｉｕｍｈｙｐｏｇｌａｕｃｕｍ（Ｌｅｖｅｌ．）Ｈｕｔｃｈ．ｉｎＶｉｔｒｏ￥ＧｕｏＸｉａｏｈ...his paper for the time reports first the embryo culturing in vitro of Tripterygium hypoglaucum. Tests wereconducted Of every condition for the normal germination and growth of the excised embryo. The result shows thatthe germination ratio reaches the highest on the white basic medium when the intensity of light is 400Lx, sucroseconcentration is 3% and whole nitrogen content is 230mg/L. Intact plantlests are obtained from the aseptic shoots. A method using aseptic shoots to accelerate the propagation of plantlets is found primarly.
