摘 要:目的建立一个模拟临床深Ⅱ度烧伤后3种不同厚度皮肤移植的动物模型。方法在每只大鼠背部制作两处相当于体表面积(TBSA)1%的深Ⅱ度烫伤,每一处切痂后随机行刃厚、中厚、全厚三种厚度自体皮肤中的一种移植,每组皮片5个标本, 移植后采用3种方法固定皮片,组织学观察、测量三种厚度皮片的厚度,观察皮片的成活率、自身皮源是否充足、固定方法的有效性及移植皮片可取材的次数。结果刃厚、中厚、全厚皮片厚度分别为(0.60±0.04),(0.95±0.06),(1.25±0.06)mm,组间有显著差别(P<0.05),组织学观察与人的相对应的三种皮片间差别类似,成活率分别为0.98±0.02,0.97±0.02,0.97±0.01,组间无显著差别(P>0.05);自体皮肤移植所需皮源充足,皮片移植固定方法有效,可以满足多于5次以上的取材。结论这一模型能够模拟临床深Ⅱ度烧伤后外科手术治疗过程,操作简便、结果稳定。Aim To establish an experimental model of graft of three different thickness skin after deep second degree bum in rats. Methods Two deep second degree burns of 1 % total body surface area(TBSA) were made on the back in every male SD rat. Each of the two burns were treated by autografting a piece of skin which randomly selected from three pieces of different thickness skin including supersplit, thick split and full thickness skin. Every group consisted of 5 burned places receiving implantion of the same thickness skin. The grafted skin was fixed by three methods. The thickness of grafted skin were observed after HE stain. The survival rate of the grafted skin, the effects of the fixing methods on the survival of the grefted skin and the number of affording piece of the skin in one autograft were observed. Results The thickness of supersplit, thick split and full thickness skin were (0.60 ?0.04)mm, (0.95 ?0.06)mm, (1 .25 ?0.06)mm respectively. There were a significantly diiference in the thickness of the grafted skin among groups ( P < 0.05) .The difference among the corresponding three thickness of grafted skin in human is similar to the above - mentioned difference. The survival rate of grafted supersplit, thick split and full thickness skin were 0.98?.02,0.97?.02,0.97?0.01 respectively,and there were no signrficant difference in the survival rate among the groups ( P > 0.05) .There were enough skin for autograft . The three methods of the fixing grafted skin were effectrve. The skin grafting area per 1 % TBSA could afford more than 5 times species. Conclusion This animal model can simulate clinical surgery course of treating deep second degree burn.
