炮震性听力损害致焦虑情绪的调查研究

摘　　要：目的探讨炮震性听力损害程度与焦虑情绪的关系。方法对100名新兵炮手实弹训练前后听力检查及心理问卷调查进行分析。结果有14名听力损害;18名焦虑情绪阳性。结论炮震性听力损害者的焦虑情绪明显高于无听力损害者。Objeictive To evaluate the relationship between anxiety and the degree of explosive hearing injury. Methods The hearing examination before and after firing practice and psychological investigation were performed in 100 new gunners.The relationship between their hearing injniy and anxiety was analysed. Results Of 18 new gunners with positive mood of anxiety,9 had hearing injuiy and 9 not. Of 82 new gunners without positivemood of anxiety, 5 had hearing injury and 77 not. Conclusions Anxiety of the gunners is positively related with explosive hearing injury.
