摘  要:用正交设计,以草乌炮制前后总生物碱和酯型碱含量变化为指标,研究草乌炮制工艺。试验数据经用多指标试验公式评分法处理,选择出草乌的最佳炮制工艺为水浸润透,切厚片,加压(127℃,0.15MPa)蒸3h。study on the processing technology of Aconitum kusnezooffii by orthogonal test was carried out by assaying ascriteria the changes in contents of the total alkaloids and ester type alkaloids before and after processing.The optimumxperimental conditions were obtained after treating the experimental data with a formnula fOr the multiple criteria andhe optimal processing results were achieved by having the materal macerated with water,cut into thick pieces andhen steamed under high pressure(127℃,0. 15MPa)for 3 hours.
