摘　　要：针对现有单一挤出机头在生产中存在的不足,提出采用多模头挤出机头,并进行了多模头挤出机头设计和结构优化以及试模。结果显示三模头挤出机头可提高生产效率近两倍,产品质量稳定,并减少了设备投资。To improve the manufacture efficiency,this article aims at the design and amelioration of the extrusion dies with a treble-head mold,and expatiates on the idiographic demand of the design in detail.So the configuration is optimized and the production capacity is increased to large extent.
