摘  要:用大孔树脂、硅胶及葡聚糖凝胶等方法对西藏胡黄连(PicrorhizascrophulariifloraPennell)根茎的正丁醇提取部分进行了分离纯化,并通过IR、MS、NMR等技术解析了所得7个单体化合物的结构,分别为藏黄连新苷B(1)、2-β-葡糖氧基-3,16,20,25-四羟基-9-甲基-19-去甲羊毛甾-5,23-二烯-22-酮(2)、picrosideI(3)、6-isoferuloylcatalpol(4)、androsin(5)、scrosideA(6)、scrosideD(7)。其中化合物1和7为新化合物,2和4首次在西藏胡黄连中发现。Column chromatographic techniques were used for isolation and purification of the chemical consti- tuents of the n-butanol portion of the rhizome of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora Pennell, and the structures were elucidated by means of IR, MS and NMR spectroscopies and chemical methods. Seven compounds were isolated and identified as : scroneoside B(1), 2-β-glucosyloxy-3,16,20,25-tetrahydroxy-9-methyl-19-norlanosta-5,23-diene-22-one(2), picroside I(3), 6-isoferuloylcatalpol(4), androsin(5), scroside A(6), scroside D(7). Compounds 2 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time, and 1 and 7 were new compounds.
