琼南市县旅游一体化建设构想与对策

摘　　要：以琼南市县旅游一体化建设为例,探讨在行政区经济运行格局下,在市县并立的特殊政区格局下,在市场经济逐步完善的进程中,如何实现跨行政区产业协作,如何解决区域经济一体化与行政区划的冲突问题。分析了海南省最南部的五市县旅游发展与合作中的问题,提出若干区域旅游协作与一体化建设建议,对我国行政区划中存在的深层次问题提出若干思考。Based on an analysis of tourism integration in south Hainan province this article probes into ways of promoting regional economic integration among the inter-administrative regions.It analyzes the status and problem of the regional tourism cooperation in south Hainan, then puts foreword some advice of tourism integration development and management with the cooperation of the city and county, lastly advances some deep reflections on the division of administrative region in China.
