高效液相色谱法对黄芩炮制品的研究

摘　　要：利用高效液相色谱法对４种黄芩炮制品中黄芩甙的含量进行了比较研究。结果表明，炮制过程中加热温度对黄芩甙的含量影响很大。生黄芩、酒黄芩、炒黄芩、黄芩炭中黄芩甙的含量依次降低，此方法的精密度和回收率均达到定量分析标准。his paper deal with the efftect ofprocessing on Sculellaria batcalenisis.A HPLC method for the determinatioi]of baicalin in the drug processed in four different ways has been establishedThe method is simple,specific and ac-curate.The recovery is 99.5%and re1ative standard deviationo:0.99%。
