摘　　要：通过对中药马钱子不同炮制品中总生物碱的提取、含量测定、生物碱种类鉴别及小鼠急性毒性试验的比较，就炮制方法与毒性大小之间的关系进行了探讨。his paper deals with the extraction,determination and identification of the alkaloids in defferently processedproducts of the seeds of Strychnos nux-vomica. The relationship between processing methods and toxicitys is discussedaccording to the comparison of acute toxicity。
